OMW Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OMW — On My Way ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
You must be at least 13 years old to use OMW. By signing in you confirm that you are 13 or older and have the authority to accept these Terms.
2. Your account
- OMW uses Firebase Auth for identity. You may sign in with email, Google, Apple, or as a guest (anonymous).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and any content you publish.
- You may delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete account. The in-app flow soft-deletes your profile, nulls ownership on your public artifacts, and terminates your session.
3. User content and conduct
When you publish actions, asks, endorsements, reviews, or map pins, you grant OMW a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content to other users in the app. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harassing, hateful, or defamatory content.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to bypass the authentication, rate limiting, or moderation systems.
- Use the app to harvest personal data about other users.
4. Moderation and reporting
Every screen that surfaces user-generated content exposes a Report action. Reports are handled by a combination of automated signals and human review. Content that violates these Terms is removed; repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Limitation of liability
OMW is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Termination
You may terminate your use of OMW at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and will take effect 30 days after announcement.
