How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Me → Settings → Delete account. Your profile is soft-deleted, ownership on public content is nulled, your private subcollections are purged, and your Firebase Auth user is removed. This complies with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v).

How do I export my data?

Open the app, go to Me → Settings → Export my data. You'll receive a signed URL that expires in 24 hours and contains your profile plus every public artifact you authored. This satisfies GDPR Article 20 (data portability).

How do I report abusive content?

Every screen that surfaces user-generated content exposes a Report action. Reports are reviewed by a combination of automated signals and a human moderator.

Why does the app ask for location permission?

Location is optional. When granted, OMW uses your coarse location to center the country-hub and map view on nearby actions and organizations. You can revoke it any time in iOS Settings → OMW.

How do I link or unlink a sign-in method?

Open Me → Settings → Sign-in methods to add Apple, Google, or email sign-in to an existing account, or remove a linked method. You must keep at least one sign-in method linked.
